Terms of use of the site

Translation for information only. This is a courtesy translation of the French document « Conditions d’utilisation du site », which is the only binding version. The seller is a French sole trader and the contract is governed by French law. In the event of any discrepancy or difference of interpretation between the two versions, the French version prevails.

These terms govern the consultation and use of the site. They are distinct from the terms and conditions of sale, which govern the purchase of services. Using the site amounts to accepting these terms.

Purpose of the site

The site learn.jacekmucha.fr presents and sells the services of MUCHA JACEK, a sole trader operating under APE code 85.59A — Formation continue d’adultes. It offers no user account, no members' area and no visitor-generated content.

Availability

The site is available continuously, except for interruptions for maintenance or cases of force majeure. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend access without notice for technical or security reasons. An order already placed and paid for remains due and is performed, whatever unavailability of the site follows.

Intellectual property

The structure of the site, its text, its visual identity, its service descriptions and its contractual documents are the property of MUCHA JACEK and are protected by the French intellectual property code. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written permission.

The following are expressly reserved: reuse of the service descriptions and price lists on a competing site, and use of the trading name “Atelier Mucha · Learn” and of the name MUCHA JACEK as a trade mark, a domain name or an advertising keyword.

Short quotation, review and hyperlinks pointing to the home page remain free, provided the source is stated.

Prohibited uses

mass automated extraction of the content (scraping, harvesting, reuse of a substantial part of the site);
any attempt at unauthorised access, alteration, flooding or intrusive scanning of the site or its servers;
sending fake orders, or unlawful, abusive or infringing content through the forms;
using the site for canvassing, including sending commercial proposals to the contact address;
placing the site in a frame or presenting it under a third-party identity.

The Provider reserves the right to block access in the event of a breach, without prejudice to any legal action.

Site content and its limits

The descriptions, durations and examples published are information about the services sold. They are neither personalised advice nor a guarantee of results, and they replace no opinion from an authorised professional — see the code of practice for the list of activities expressly excluded.

The Provider endeavours to keep the information accurate and up to date. The prices displayed are authoritative at the time of the order; an obvious display error gives the right to cancel the order and be refunded in full, with no further compensation.

This site carries no outbound link to a third-party site, no third-party script, no font and no image loaded from another domain. That absence is deliberate: it limits the spread of your browsing data — see the cookie policy.

Any content that seems to you unlawful or inaccurate can be reported to contact@jacekmucha.fr. An acknowledgement is sent within 2 working days.
