Withdrawal and refunds

The seller is a French sole trader and the contract is governed by French law. In the event of any discrepancy or difference of interpretation between the two versions, the French version prevails.

This page describes the right of withdrawal, how refunds are made and the model form. It supplements article 7 of the terms and conditions of sale.

Withdrawal period

A consumer Client has 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving reasons and without penalty (art. L. 221-18 of the French consumer code).

Exception: service already performed

If, at the Client's express request, the service has been fully performed before the end of the 14-day period and the Client has acknowledged waiving their right of withdrawal, that right is lost (art. L. 221-28, 1° of the French consumer code). If performance has only begun, the Client owes the price of what has already been supplied (art. L. 221-25).

How refunds are made

refund of all sums paid, less any pro-rata amount provided for above;
maximum period: 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal request;
method: the same means of payment as used for the order, unless another means is expressly agreed;
no fee is withheld in respect of the refund.

Cancellation or rescheduling outside withdrawal

A session can be rescheduled at no cost if you give at least 24 hours' notice. Below that, it is counted against the package, save in a justified case of force majeure. A package or track already started can be stopped: the hours not used are refunded, less the hourly rate for the hours already delivered.
