Privacy policy

Translation for information only. This is a courtesy translation of the French document « Politique de confidentialité », which is the only binding version. The seller is a French sole trader and the contract is governed by French law. In the event of any discrepancy or difference of interpretation between the two versions, the French version prevails.

Recipients

Data is neither sold, rented nor exchanged. It is accessible only to the data controller and, strictly as necessary, to the following technical processors: the site host (Hostinger International Ltd.), the e-mail provider, and the payment service provider when a payment is made. Each acts on documented instructions and within the European Union.

Transfers outside the European Union

No data is transferred outside the European Union.

Your rights

the right of access, rectification and erasure;
the right to restriction of, and objection to, processing;
the right to portability of the data you provided;
the right to give directions on what happens to your data after your death.

These rights are exercised by e-mail to contact@jacekmucha.fr or by post to 12 rue des Lilas, 60126 Longueil-Sainte-Marie. A reply is given within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt about the identity of the person making the request.

Complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Orders and messages are stored outside the server's web root, in a directory that is not reachable from the internet. Administrator access is restricted and logged.

Governing law

This policy is governed by French law and by Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
