Payment policy

Version in force as of 4 septembre 2026.

Translation for information only. This is a courtesy translation of the French document « Politique de paiement », which is the only binding version. The seller is a French sole trader and the contract is governed by French law. In the event of any discrepancy or difference of interpretation between the two versions, the French version prevails.

This page describes how payment is requested, collected and secured on this site.

Amount due at order

  • order below € 200: 100 % of the price is collected at the time of the order;
  • order of € 200 or more: a deposit of 30 % is collected at the time of the order, the balance falling due at the latest by the halfway point of the package or track.

The amount to be paid immediately, any balance and the order reference are shown on the payment page before any commitment is made.

Accepted means of payment

  • Card — Visa and Mastercard, in a form embedded in the payment page and served by the provider — no card number passes through this site
  • iDEAL — for learners in the Netherlands, approved in your own bank
  • Bancontact — for learners in Belgium
  • SEPA transfer — from any bank in the euro area

The means available depend on the country of your bank: iDEAL is for Dutch accounts and Bancontact for Belgian accounts. All payments are collected in euro, whatever the means used.

Security

Card payment uses a form hosted by the payment service provider and embedded in this site's payment page. No card number is received, processed or stored by the Provider. Strong customer authentication (PSD2) is applied whenever the issuer requires it.

Currency and taxes

All amounts are expressed in euro (EUR), all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code.

Invoice

An invoice is sent by e-mail once payment has been collected. It gives the Provider's details, its SIRET, the itemised lines, the amount paid and any balance.

Failure to pay the balance

If the balance is not paid when due, performance of the remaining services may be suspended after a written reminder has gone unanswered for seven days.
