Delivery times

Translation for information only. This is a courtesy translation of the French document « Délais d’exécution », which is the only binding version. The seller is a French sole trader and the contract is governed by French law. In the event of any discrepancy or difference of interpretation between the two versions, the French version prevails.

What is sold on this site are services: there is no shipping, no carrier and no delivery charge. This page serves as the delivery policy and sets out the periods within which each service is performed and handed over.

Lead times by service

Workshop: digital safety	within 5 working days	2 h, summary sheet handed out at the end
Workshop: understanding a hardware wallet	within 5 working days	2 h, trilingual glossary handed out at the end
20-hour track	first session within 7 working days	spread over 6 to 8 weeks

When the period starts

The period runs from receipt of the amount due at order and, where the service requires it, from receipt of the material the Client has to provide.

How it is delivered

Sessions are held by video call (a link is sent by e-mail before each session) or in person in the Oise. Corrections, glossaries and sheets are sent by e-mail as PDFs within 24 hours of the session.

Delay

If the stated period is exceeded, the Client may give the Provider formal notice to perform within a reasonable additional period; failing performance, the Client may terminate the contract and obtain a refund of all sums paid within fourteen days (art. L. 216-6 of the French consumer code).

Area covered

Longueil-Sainte-Marie (60126) and the Oise in person, Hauts-de-France with a travel supplement, and anywhere in France by video call.

This delivery policy is governed by French law.
