  • no payment accepted in cryptoassets: courses are paid for exclusively in euro, by card or SEPA transfer
  • no installation, configuration, repair or maintenance of any storage device, node or application on a client's behalf, and no handling of their accounts, their keys or their devices
  • no sale, resale, distribution or purchase recommendation of any device, brand or model of hardware wallet: the brands cited in the workshop are cited as teaching examples and in the plural, with no preference expressed
  • no technical support, no after-sales service and no representation of any maker whatsoever: this site is the official support channel of no brand and has no connection with the companies cited
  • no initialisation, restoration or recovery of a wallet, an account or a device belonging to a client, neither remotely nor in person
  • 🔴 no recovery phrase, private key or password is ever asked for, displayed, typed in or stored, on any pretext and on any medium — a legitimate teacher, maker or help desk will never ask you for them
