Pricing and invoicing

This page brings together everything to do with price: what it includes, what it does not, when it falls due and how it is invoiced.
The principle: the price displayed is the price paid
All prices are expressed in euro, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code: the Provider is covered by the small-business exemption and charges no VAT. No administration, set-up or order-processing fee is added at the moment of payment.

Version in force as of 4 septembre 2026. The price list that applies is the one displayed at the time of the order; a later revision has no effect on an order already paid for.
What the price includes
What is included is set out on each service's own page. As a general rule: Sessions are held by video call (a link is sent by e-mail before each session) or in person in the Oise. Corrections, glossaries and sheets are sent by e-mail as PDFs within 24 hours of the session.
What may be added
No administration or materials fee. In-person teaching is included within 25 km of Longueil-Sainte-Marie; beyond that, a € 20 travel supplement per session applies and is shown before you order.
Any supplement is displayed before the order is confirmed and appears on the invoice. No amount is charged without having been displayed beforehand.
When payment falls due
- order below € 200: the full amount is paid at the time of the order;
- order of € 200 or more: a deposit of 30 % is paid at the time of the order, the balance falling due at the latest by the halfway point of the package or track.

Invoicing
- an invoice is sent by e-mail after each collection;
- it states the name, the SIRET, the APE code, the itemised lines, the amount paid and any balance;
- it carries the wording “VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code”;
- an invoice in a company's name is possible: give the company name, the address and, where applicable, the EU VAT number at the time of the order;
- a duplicate is issued free of charge on request for 10 years.
Quotations
Catalogue services are sold at the displayed price and need no quotation. A written quotation is drawn up free of charge for any request outside the catalogue; it is valid for 30 days and is binding only once accepted in writing.
Late payment of the balance
If the balance is not paid when due, and after a written reminder has gone unanswered for seven days, performance of the remaining services may be suspended. Under article L. 441-10 of the French commercial code, a fixed recovery indemnity of € 40 is due from a business client; no penalty is applied to a consumer client.
Price errors
In the event of an obvious display error, the Provider informs you before performing anything. You then choose whether to confirm the order at the corrected price or to cancel it: in the latter case, sums paid are refunded in full within 14 days.
